This page explains what this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website only; software we build for clients is governed by the agreement with that client.
What we collect
This website has no accounts and no login. We do not ask you for personal information in order to read it.
If you email us, we keep that correspondence and the contact details in it so that we can reply and keep a record of the work discussed.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records a truncated IP address, your approximate country, your browser and the pages you open. We do not use it to identify individuals and we do not combine it with anything else.
Why we collect it
To answer enquiries, to run and improve this website, and to keep business records we are required to keep.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Business correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires us to keep records of a commercial relationship, and then deleted.
Your choices
You can block analytics with any content blocker or by turning on Do Not Track; the website works normally without it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@cubesoftware.io and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this page we change the date at the top of it. We do not make changes retroactively.
